Sarah Haas, Esq.
Born and raised in California, Sarah Haas began her law practice helping families navigate complex and difficult situations during times of separation and divorce, including asset division, custody disputes, and matters relating to domestic violence and child abuse. Sarah practiced family law for a decade before transitioning to the area of trust and estates.
Sarah has been able to use her experience in family law and working with families as a means of incorporating this knowledge into trust and estate matters, particularly as it relates to trust litigation. Through compassion, patience and zealous representation, Sarah advocates for her clients in a thoughtful and professional manner, with resolution being the end-goal and objective. She understands no two clients are alike, and every situation is unique. This requires a tailored approach to every matter, which she provides.
Sarah consciously practices law knowing legal matters can become costly for clients and remains transparent in her communications relating to cost-effective outcomes and balancing the value of fighting versus settlement.
